The Future Perfect Simple & Future Perfect Continuous

What is the difference in meaning between the following sentences:
1. Next week we will have learned the future perfect.
2. Next week we will be learning the future continuous.

future continuous 

Rules:

1) actions in progress in the future: we'll be interviewing candidates all afternoon.

2) planned future events: the students will be having a big party at the end of term.

3) assumptions about something that is happening now:

Don't call Luke. He will be doing his homework now.

 Form: will be + ww+ing 

Examples:

- This time tomorrow we’ll be sitting on the beach. I can’t wait!

- Don’t ring at 8 o’clock. I’ll be watching Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

Future continuous

Questions

Will you be doing the test on Monday?

Negations

I won't be doing the test on Monday.

future perfect 

Rule: Actions completed before a certain time in the future.

Form: will have + ww+ed/ 3de rijtje

example: Call me around seven. I'll have finished dinner by then.

examples 

I will have been here for six months on June 23rd.

By the time you read this I will have left.

You will have finished your report by this time next week.

Won't they have arrived by 5:00?

Will you have eaten when I pick you up?

Future perfect

Questions:

Will you have finished this task by tomorrow?

Negations:

I won't have finished this task by tomorrow.

Future Perfect Continuous

Rule: To say how long an action will have been in progress in the future - usually used with for

Form: will have been + ww + Ing

We will have been waiting for ages!
