Junk food vs. Fast food
Junk food = unhealthy food that is high in calories from sugar or fat, with little dietary fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals, or other important forms of nutritional value. --> Literally JUNK food (food with a lot of junk (bad chemicals, sugar, etc.) added to it)
Fast food = easily prepared processed food served in snack bars and restaurants as a quick meal or to be taken away. --> Literally FAST food (food that is prepared fast)
