Recap: what's the main goal of most informal writing?

Informal writing:

It is used to communicate with someone you know (friends, family, colleagues, neighbours, etc.). It is used when writing personal letters, emails, text messages, etc. The tone of informal language is more personal than formal language. 

You may use abbreviations and informal words to express yourself. You use a clear structure and arguments.
