Indirect speech - personal and directive pronouns
Persoonlijke voornaamwoorden moeten worden veranderd als het voor de betekenis van de zin uitmaakt. 
Aanwijzende voornaamwoorden moeten worden veranderd van 'this/these' naar 'that/those'.

'I believe this is ridiculous'. 
He said he believed that was ridiculous.

Bij zinnen in de directe rede die in de gebiedende wijs staan, zet je dit werkwoord niet in een andere tijd, maar gebruik je 'to + hele ww'
