Assignment
What: in groups of two (or 3 depending on odd numbers) made with a random group generator,
How: come up with your best excuse for being late to class and use that excuse to then play out a ‘coming late to class’ scenario. One of you is the teacher, one is your peer and one is the late coming student. At the end, I will ask every group what the excuse and the outcome of the situation was.
Help: the vocabulary sheet, your own imagination.
Time: 10 minutes + 5 minutes after-assignment discussion
Result: you will have justified your action (of coming late)
Done: if you are done earlier than we finish, try to elaborate (go in more detail) on your opinion.
