1. Transport by SEA
Transporting goods on boats still makes up for 80% of international trade. One reason is that you can transport nearly anything by boat. You can transport low-value and high- value goods. You can transport heavy and large goods. Transport by sea is cost-effective. In particular, it is the cheapest method for heavy or high volume goods.

2. Transport by AIR
In contrast to transport by sea, sending goods by plane is much faster and more reliable. It has very tight scheduled takeoff and arrival times. This makes it good for HVGs (high value goods) and perishable goods. There are also a lot of security features. This means less produce is stolen or damaged.

Transport by air, though, is more expensive.
