Layout
  • Start with your own address on either the left or the right
  • An informal letter does not need the address of the recipient
  • The date needs to be added underneath your address. Write it in full.

The letter itself:
  • Start with your greeting
  • Opening sentence
  • Write in paragraphs and add empty lines
  • End with a wish for a reply
  • Say goodbye
