 failed by using words, they use 
violence.

On September 11, 2001, the largest attack on America since Pearl Harbor (1941) is carried out.
After the attack, it quickly becomes clear that the Islamic terrorist movement Al Qaida is behind the attack.

He also appeals to his NATO allies.
