What is the use of the yellow words?

Once upon a time, a hungry wolf met a cheerful dog.

The happy dog asked the thin wolf "why won't you come with me? I live in a big house with delicious food and loving owners."

When do you use adjectives? 

To describe things or people, you use adjectives such as small, old, strong, cold, beautiful and fast.

The tall man.

The beautiful cat.

When do you use adjectives? 

To add information about nouns and pronouns.

a hungry wolf met a cheerful dog.

Every star visible is named after a famous astronomer.

With adjectives

Once upon a time, a hungry wolf met a cheerful dog.

The happy dog asked the thin wolf "why won't you come with me? I live in a big house with delicious food and loving owners."

Without adjectives

Once upon a time, a  wolf met a dog.

The dog asked the wolf "why won't you come with me? I live in a house with food and owners."

Find the adjectives

1. The wolf went with the joyful dog to his beautiful home. 

2.  The wolf noticed that the dog had thin hair around his neck and asked

"Why is there no hair around your neck?" 

3. "Oh, that's nothing. My sweet owners keep me on a long leash."

The wolf walks away.

4. "Nevermind, thank you." the starving wolf replied. "I rather am a free wolf. Your easy life is not for me."
