We use the present perfect to focus on the result of an action. also: to say how often we have done sth. HAVE/HAS + DONE (vt.dw. = 3e rijtje)

We use the present perfect continuous to focus on an action that started in the past and that may/not be completed. also: to say how long it is from the start of the action to now. HAVE/HAS+ BEEN + DOING
> I've been working at Burger King for two months.
