- Subject; What's your e-mail about)
- Greeting,  you greet the person to whom you're sending the e-mail
- Reason, why are you emailing them? 
- Main text, the main message of your e-mail
- Closing, what do you expect of the person e-mailing you?
- Greeting, close your e-mail appropriately

- etc.

Before you start writing (your test) , make sure you know why you're writing and to whom.

Write your message to the reader
- Write down what you want to say, make a new paragraph with each thing you talk about.
- Always skip a line between paragraphs to make it nicer to read!

- I would like you to hand this in on monday
- Tell me if you're available Saturday
