voor het doen van een voorspelling, (It will rain tomorrow)
zeggen dat iets wel of niet gaat gebeuren, (I will phone you again tomorrow)
de toekomst in zijn algemeen, (I will pay for the tickets by Card)

 it's possible to use both 'be going to' and 'will' but it's more common to use 'be going to' if we can see evidence in the present
