‘Allereerst stel ik vast wat de doelstelling is van dat deel van mijn betoog dat specifiek betrekking heeft op het gerechtelijk geschilpunt. Vervolgens overdenk ik zorgvuldig twee andere aspecten: de gunstige presentatie van mij zelf of van mijn cliënt en het gevoelsmatig beïnvloeden van mijn gehoor in de gewenste richting.
