Fire in lavatory: CA?
- Smoke detector panel: check which toilet
- Press horn interrupt switch
- Announce applicable lavatory via PA

- Located beneath the sink in each lavatory
- Nozzle discharge toward waste disposal container
- Temperature indicator located inside the waste compartment

Standard procedure lavatory CA:
- Fetch HAL (halon)
- Check lavatory handle for temperature with back of hand
- Open lavatory door slightly if door handle is tolerably warm
- Stay low behind door and empty extinguisher 'around the corner'
- Close door
- Inform flight crew and fetch additional equipment

3. Open lavatory slightly
4. Stay low behind door & empty extinguisher
5. Inform FC + additional equipment

Standard procedure with another CA arrive with PBE/HAL/H20/AXE/FPG you:
- Locate the source of the fire and inspect it
- Turn the gasper fan off (if installed)
- Cool any fire residue
- Check for re-ignition
- Reset on smoke detector panel
- Inform flight crew when fire is extinguished completely

Standard prodecure OVEN fire
- (Shut oven door)
- Switch of electrical power
- Fetch Halon
- Open door slightlly, extinguish shortly 'around the corner' and shut door
- Inform FC and fetch additional equipment
- Wait about 2 minutes before opening door

-Smouldering residue shall be cooled with water outside oven
- Check for re-ignition
- Inform FC when fire is extinguished completely
