General tip: Find an actor, news anchor, youtube celeb, etc. whose voice you'd like to emulate (nabootsen). Take a short clip or piece of clip > copy/write what they're saying > record yourself as you try to speak in the same way > listen to it and check the differences.
Do this 2-5 x times a week if you really want to invest in your accent/pronunciation.
