Pitfalls = woorden die op elkaar lijken / klinken, maar een andere betekenis hebben.

Find the mistakes:

We where on our way too the classroom, when the bell rang.

Than they asked me: ‘Where we’re you today?’

Graham said too me: ‘I’ve had way too much too eat, much more then you.’

 

Pitfalls Grammar I

- Your / You're:               Your bike. You're great!

- Their / They're             Their book. They're wonderful.

-Whose/ Who's              Whose book is that? Who's there?

- Where/ We're/were      Where were you?

- to / too                          I go to the shop. I go too.

- then / than                    Then we went to the shop. Greater than...

- it's / its                I spent less time on my phone.

                                       I've read fewer books than my brother.

it's: - afkorting voor "it is" (de apostrof neemt de plaats van "i")
