We have 4 main English skills:

Speaking =making random sounds
Writing = producing random words
Listening = hearing random words
Reading = staring at random words

Reading is very important as it improves vocabulary, grammar, sentence construction and overal intelligence!
Think about a book you read and begin listing what you liked and disliked.
