  • When we talk about habits or facts, you usually add an -s to the verb when it follows he, she or it
  • If the verb ends with consonant-y, this becomes -ies. Is there a vowel, like 'a' in front of the 'y' you must only add -s.
  • Do and go add -es when they follow he, she or it.

I play -> he plays,       I study ->  she studies,               I go -> it goes
