When?

Exam week 18 January (online)

What is it about? 

Sales conversation, you are the sales assistant, the examiner will be the client

Before the exam, tell what shop we're in and what product(s) you are going to sell

Budget of client around 25 euros. Think of 1 or 2 products, describe them and you are able to compare them

How does it work?

Online exam

You need: good, stable wifi, computer/laptop (no phone), camera on your device

You don't need: not allowed to use words sheet, you are looking at the examiner

Results are available the same day/week
