E.g. They liked her. They did not like her. 
Normaal krijgt he/she/it een –s achter het werkwoord in de tegenwoordige tijd. In een ontkenning don't wordt doesn't en gebruik je het hele werkwoord. 
E.g. She likes fastfood. She does not like fastfood.

Als er een vorm van to be (am/is/are/was/were) in de zin staan komt deze vooraan te staan.

Als er geen vorm van to be in de zin staat dan gebruik je do of does. 
I have a sister and a brother. Do I have a sister and a brother?
She has a sister and a brother. Does she have a sister and a brother?
Je kunt uiteraard ook when, how, why, what etc. ervoor gebruiken.
Why are you a doctor? What do you like about your sister?
