It translates to:

St Mary's Church in the hollow of the white hazel near the fierce whirlpool and church of Tysilio by the red cave.

Basically, it describes where you can find the town. 

We are going to do the same thing.

We are going to rename a Dutch town or city.

The new name will describe the town/city (in English).

Here is an example: which city is this? 

On a hill near water with multiple bridges and a roundabout that is named after an emperor

In pairs - Rename a town or city of your choosing.
