Personal Pronouns

We use personal pronouns (I, me, he, him, etc.) to replace names or nouns when it is clear what they refer to. 

Persoonlijke voornaamwoorden verwijzen naar mensen of dingen, zonder die verder bij de naam te noemen: ik, jou, zij, hen, hem, etc

Example: 

Ilse drinks a lot of tea, she loves it. 

(Het) is really hot outside.

Can
(wij) please go outside?

Can
(jullie) please be quiet during the lesson?

Can (ik) go to the movies this weekend?

Can (hij) read the names on the list?

Possessive Pronouns

Als het van iemand is

They have to put ......... (hun)
phones away during class.

Danny likes to meet ....... (zijn)
friends after school.

You and I are on ........ (onze) way to the market
