Personal Pronouns
We use personal pronouns (I, me, he, him, etc.) to replace names or nouns when it is clear what they refer to. 

Persoonlijke voornaamwoorden verwijzen naar mensen of dingen, zonder die verder bij de naam te noemen: ik, jou, zij, hen, hem, etc

Example: 
Ilse drinks a lot of tea, she loves it.
