Ontkenningen(nagations) 

  • Ontkenningen betekenen: zeggen dat iets niet zo is
  • Gebruik maken van het woord not

Ontkenningen maken met 'to do'.
Als je deze werkwoorden in de zin ziet staan, kun je +not toevoegen om een ontkenning te maken:
- 'to be' (vorm = am/are/is)
- 'to have got' (of has got).
- can.

De verkorte vorm:
