Practice (OLD EXAM STYLE)
Write an email wherein you respond to a complaint coming from a visitor. 
-Tell them you understand their complaint and they should've contacted you there.
-Let them know they received an email beforehand mentioning the constructive work, but do this in a polite way
-Tell them that you can or cannot fulfil their needs regarding compensation. Own choice which one you want to choose. 
-Add extra things in this letter as well
