How to order at a restaurant

Waiter

1. "Good morning/afternoon! How can I help you today?"
   
2. "What would you like to order?"
   
3. "Sure, I’ll bring that for you."
   
4. "I recommend the [dish], it’s very popular."
   
5. "This dish has [ingredients]."
   
6. "Anything else?"
   
7. "Can I get you anything else?"
