2. Search online for information you can use. 
3. Scan the texts for facts or tips you would like to share with your colleagues.
4. Write a handout summarising the most important facts and tips for your colleagues

Goal
You are going to read up on a recent development in your field of work. You will write down the most important information so that you can share that information with your colleagues in a 300 word handout.

Step 1, choose a topic to explore
  • How to stay safe online
  • Data analyses
  • The use of machine learning/AI
  • Work & online privacy
  • How to deal with client confidentiality 
  • Medialiteracy
  • Dealing with polarisation among employee

Step 2, find information
  • Search online for information on your topic that you can use.
  • Look for three useful sources.
  • Scan the texts for useful tips and information.
  • Take notes about these tips and information in a word document.

Step 3, write a handout
  • Summarise the tips and information you found.
  • Turn it into a cohesive text (introduction, body, conclusion)  about the topic.
  • About 350 words.

Evaluation
Switch texts with your neighbour and read it. Give feedback (in English) on the following points:
  • The information and tips are relevant to our work.
  • The handout is written in clear language that I can understand.
