stap 1. Eerst zet je het lijdend vwp vooraan in de zin. 

Passief: 'Speeding tickets'___________________.

Stap 2: Werkwoord -> tegenwoordige tijd 
Dan krijg je:  'am / are  / is + werkwoord + voltooid deelw. (ww+ed / 3e vorm)

Passief: "Speeding tickets are always paid__________."
