• Definition: A column in a spreadsheet is a vertical set of cells that runs from top to bottom. It is used to represent a specific type of information or data.

• Definition: The ribbon in a spreadsheet refers to a toolbar or a row of icons and buttons at the top of the screen that contains various tools and commands for working with the spreadsheet.

• Definition: Data refers to facts, information, or numbers that are entered, stored, and processed in a spreadsheet. It can include things like names, dates, quantities, or measurements.

In groups gather information about the students in your group: student name, age, and favorite color.
