Present simple: verb or verb + s/es/ies

I,you, we, they work very hard

he, she, it works very hard. 

! SHIT-rule: he, she, it ALWAYS get an s/es/ies behind the verb

1.2 Present simple

Present simple is used when: 

always, schedules, habbits and regularities. 

She always goes to the gym. 

The train leaves at 10 AM. 

We go to school every day. 

Tim's soccer practice starts at 7 PM.
