Fill in the missing words. You can look up their definitions. Choose from:

Tip 1. Never accept any(1) proposal immediately, no matter how good it sounds.
 

Tip 2. Beware of (2) misleading offers. Always listen carefully to what the other party is saying.

When answering the phone:
- Say your company's name, your department and you own     name.

- Ask what the caller's name is (if they haven't told you already) and ask how you can help.

- If you cannot help the caller at the moment, offer to call them back shortly or ask them if you can take a message.

- Speak extra clearly (you cannot see each other on the phone).
- Ask for the caller to repeat themselves when it isn't clear what they said.
- The number 0 can be pronounced as ''zero'' or as ''oh'' 
(00 = double oh)
