I will give you 10 minutes to read the prologue.

What is a prologue? When does it take place?

During reading: write down WHERE you think the story takes place.

Explain why, give at least three arguments for your conclusion.

I will hand out a story called "Death by scrabble"

Read the story carefully, we will discuss it later.

Length: 100 words minimum

During writing: think about the kind of newspaper you want to write it for

      - for the Daily Mail (very sensational)

      - for the Guardian (very serious)

Come up with a juicy caption for the article other than Death by Scrabble

I will give you a paper to write it on.
