So...open your Workbook at p. 46 and let's check your answers together.

Now let's look at the vocabulary you had to study for today

Open your Workbook at p.124 (unit 4)

Assignment

I will give each student one of the words of unit 4 on p.124.

If there are words left, everyone will do these as well

What do you have to do?

For every word find a picture on the internet that fits with this word. Put it in a Google Document with a description of the word (in English!) and post in Classrooms under Vocab assignment.

Have you heard of this game?

One student describes one of the words of unit 4 (p.124) without saying the word itself. The rest of the class needs to guess the word!

Now, please open your Student's book at page 46

Let's start with ex.1

Students at home: find at least 5  interesting facts about paragliding.

Students in class: look at the photo's, title and "I can..." statement. Then discuss in pairs what you think the text is about.

Now, let's go to ex. 2

Listen to the audio file and read along in the text. Check if your predictions were correct.

Look at the gaps and try to find out which ones will start with a verb in the past simple

You have 3 minutes

Now do ex. 4+5

Match the phrases with the gaps (ex.4) and match highlighted parts in the text with the verbs of movement in ex.5

Now, please open your Workbook at page 47

Make ex. 1 till 4

This will be homework for next week, so if you finish it this lesson part of your homework will be done :)
