Tenses

The exam begins with 3 different types of exercises that deal with VERB TENSES (30 points)

1.  An error analysis exercise

2. A translation exercise

3. A fill in the correct form of the verb exercise

Passive

The test also includes 3 exercises connected to the passive. (30 points)

1.  An exercise where you change an active sentence to a passive one

2.  A translation exercise

3.  A fill in the correct form of the passive exercise

The Conditional

The test also includes 4 exercises connected to the conditional (15 points)

1.  An exercise where you need to identify which conditional is being used (Zero, 1st, 2nd or 3rd)

2.  An exercise where you explain the differences between 2 sentences

3.  An exercise where you rewrite a sentence using the conditional.  

4. An exercise where you give the correct form of the verb

If I see a tiger, I will be very happy.

75 of the 100 points are focused on the Tenses, Passive & Conditionals, the other 25 points are divided among:

1.  Spelling & irregular verbs (10 points)

2. Nouns (10 Points)

3. Word Classes (5 points)
