Bacteria is added in the making of this product. The use of bacteria is related to microbiology which involves studying small living organisms. Therefore, the subject biology is involved in the making of this product.

Example:
 A lab analist would need to inspect or test the bacteria added to the yoghurt.

What might also be possible is that a lab analist needs to test the yoghurt to see if the quality meets certain standards.
