What vocabulary could be used when we talk about hotels?

Think about - items in the hotel
- services they provide
- what to do before you go to a hotel
- what to do when you get to the hotel
- etc.

Done: Pretend you're a guest at a hotel checking in with a receptionist. Write down what you'd say and ask for.
