How: In pairs or alone. You can talk softly.

Help: Ask your neighbour for help, vocab list on the left, teacher

Time: +/- 15 minutes until 12.35

Done: Pretend you're a guest at a hotel checking in with a receptionist. Write down what you'd say and ask for.
