My expectations

- We luisteren naar elkaar

- Stil = stil & nee = nee  

- Lokaal netjes achterlaten 

- Laptop alleen voor school. Evt muziek tijdens zelfstandig werken. Gamen = gele kaart

- We komen voorbereid naar de les: opgeladen laptop, agenda,  boek, pen, huiswerk = af

- Geen deodorant/parfum spuiten in de klas

- Niet eten / drinken tijdens de les

- 2e waarschuwing is apart zitten. 3e waarschuwing is naar leerplein

- Questions in Engels (Can I go to the toilet please? Can you help me? etc)

What can you expect

- Huiswerk op het bord aan het begin vd les

- Lessen via LessonUp (timers - stoplichten - hotspots - linkjes)

- Vaste structuur in de les (spullen pakken - hh - uitleg - aan het werk - hw)

- Toets in Magister met extra oefenlinkjes

- Mostly in Engels --> practise makes perfect

- Je gaat fouten maken! 

- 'i & u' reken ik NOOIT goed (welke 3 fouten spot je?)

- [e-mail] voor vragen etc

Plan for this week

Make a poster (in English) on A3 paper. Use drawings or pictures.
Answer the following questions:

• What interests you? (outside of school)
• Draw your favourite animal + describe why it is your favourite
• Name / Draw 5 things you find interesting about an English speaking country of your choice
• In what ways do you study for a test? (time / tools / help)
• What is the most likely scenario for you to use English in 10 years time?
• How can we make English more interesting/fun for you?
• Write down 2 truths and 1 lie about yourself
• Which English speaking person do you admire? Explain who they are and why you admire them. Use a minimum of 10 full sentences
