The Fujita Scale:
The Fujita Scale measures a tornado’s intensity. By looking at the amount of damage the tornado produced and estimating its wind speed, a tornado is classified F0 to F5. F0 is the least damaging tornado, with 40–72mhp (64–116 km/h) winds. F5 is the most destructive tornado with wind speeds as high as 318mph. That equals 512 kilometers per hour!
