Too + adjectiv/adverb (bijv. naamw.) + to infinitive (hele ww)

(not) + adjective/adverb (bijv. naamw.) + enough +  to infinitive (hele ww)

Too ..... to 

Meer dan wat nodig is.

Vaak negatief.

Too komt VOOR het bijv. nw

It is too cold to swim in the sea.

Not komt VOOR too.

It is not too cold to swim in the sea. 

(not) Enough 

(niet) genoeg.

Vaak positief.

Enough komt NA het bijv. nw

You are good enough to speak Dutch.

Not komt voor het bijv. nw

You are not good enough to speak.....
