POV:

Your mother asks you if you could grab a carton of milk from the refrigerator.

How will you do that?

This is Moxi, a care robot.

How would Moxi get a carton of milk from the refrigerator?

This script assumes that the robot has sensors to detect the location of the refrigerator and milk and that the robot is capable of motion and grasping motions.

These sensors must be programmed with specific instructions for the robot you are using.

To create such a program you have to think logically and indicate exactly what you mean. 

If you do that, you are thinking computational , or thinking like a computer. 

It's actually breaking something down into small pieces.

You're making a 'difficult' solution simple.

• Form pairs of two.
• Write clear instructions for your partner to retrieve a pen from your bag.
• When you're done, hand the instructions to your partner, who will follow EXACTLY what you've written.
• Once you're finished:
• the pen should be on the table
• the bag should be closed
• the bag should be on the floor

Afterward, switch instructions, and you will follow your partner's instructions!!
