You can tell your nationality in two different ways:

Gender and culture

To express your gender you can say: 

Soy un chico or Soy una chica.

Maybe that is not important for you, in that case you can say:

Mi género no es importante.

Culture

Talking about your culture can be complex. One way you can do it is by mentioning some values of your culture. For example: 

En España la comida es muy importante.

En México la familia y la religión son muy importantes.

En India las fiestas religiosas son muy importantes.

CHOOSE A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT IN YOUR CULTURE

En mi cultura ____ es muy importante.

Start writing the script: Put everything together and you will have a good starting script for your video. 

Create as Google Doc (share it with your teacher: r.ninforner) and tart writing. 

When done, practice by saying the sentences again and again.

In your video you should not be reading from a document.
