Here are some tips to help you with listening exercises

• Read the exercise first
  
• Don't try to understand every single word.
  
• Concentrate on the information you are looking for
  
• Be quiet so everyone can listen carefully
  
• If you can't answer a question, don't panic. Answer the next question. You might lose time if you panic.

• You are going to listen to an audio fragment for exercise 7.
• Read all the questions first.
• The audio fragment will be played only once. So be quiet.
• After we do the exercise, we are going to check our answers together.
