Basic writing rules

• Capitalisation at the start of a sentence and a name.
• Fullstop at the end of a sentence.
• Capital I (always and everywhere).
• Using linking words, eg, and, but , however, so, .....to connect two parts of a sentence.

Writing an opinion Essay 

 We use formal English in an opinion essay

Divide your essay into 3 main parts:

• Introduction  (tell what you are going to write about).
• Body ( details ).
• Conclusion ( how it ends/decision reached).
