Deze woorden blijven hetzelfde. Er komt niets voor niets achter.

  • Basis = woord + ly 

  • Als een woord eindigt op -le dan verandert -le in -ly 
  • Terrible = terribly 
  • Als een woord eindigt op een medeklinker -y dan verandert de -y in -ily 
  • easy = easily 
  • Als een woord eindigt op -ic dan komt er -ally achter. 
  • Fantastic = fantastically
