Hello Year 3! 

Today we are going to be learning about how we can make different amounts using different coins. 

On the next two pages, there are two videos to help you to remember what the different coins look like in the UK. You can skip these if you feel confident already. 

Sam wants to buy a smoothie from the shop. He looks in his bag and notices he has lots of different coins. Can you work out a few different ways he could make £2.80? 

You have 3 minutes to write down as many ways as possible.
