1. Passive with modals
He should have been told to stay at home. 
You might be surprised by him.

Works the same as regular passive, just add a modal

Beware: Don't forget to use the same tense in the passive as in the active sentence

2. More verbs in one sentence
Unit 2: infinitives and - ing forms (gerund) 
I hope to be told what to do during the test. 
I dislike being given presents.

The 'to be' needed for the passive is put in the infinitive form or gerund form. 
always followed by to inifinitive

3. Passive reporting structure

--> Subject +  reporting verb in the passive + to infinitive
Girls are claimed to understand maths better. 
--> There +  reporting verb in the passive + to infinitive(to have + infinitive for past events) 
There is expected to be a bonfire late at night.
