2014: The pro-Russian president Viktor Janoekovitsj flees to Moscow after riots that started when he tried to stop Ukrainian EU membership.

2014: Putin feels threatened and takes the Krim (part of Ukraine)

2014: He also helps to regions - Donetsk and Luhansk 

2014-2022: There has been fighting in Eastern Ukraine for more then 8 years!

2021 - februari 2022: Russian troops started massing at Ukrainian borders
