Sub question 1: What are the dangers of cell phone use while driving?                Topic sentence: There are many negative sides to using a cell phone while
                                   driving.
Point 1:  Road accidents have increased
Proof:  Fact from an article: "between 450-1000 accidents a year have some connection to cell phone use" (Layton, 2017).
Explanation: This article proves that operating a cell phone while driving can be dangerous to the driver and passengers of other vehicles as well as to those using a cell phone.

Point 2: People are distracted from the road
Proof:  fact from an article: "In the amount of time it takes a person to answer a text while driving, that person can drive the length of a football field" ( Stockwell, 2016).
Explanation: people drive a long distance without paying attention to the road when they are answering a text, this can lead to accidents.

Point 3: Increase in death toll
Proof: fact from an article : "About 6000 deaths and a half a million injuries are caused by distracted drivers every year" ( Smith, 2017).
Explanation: people who use cell phones while driving  can cause roadside deaths because they are distracted by their phone.
