• We gebruiken de first conditional wanneer we vrijwel zeker weten dat iets gaat gebeuren in de toekomst. 

- If I have enough apples, I will bake an apple pie for you. 

- She will be late if she does not hurry. 

How do you use the first conditional? 

IF + present simple , will (won't) 

- If you prepare properly, you will pass the test. 

- You won't catch the train if you don't leave now.
