Regel: Je gebruikt bezittelijke voornamen (possessive pronouns) om aan te geven dat iets van iemand is.

Drie soorten:

Soort 1: It is my idea.

Soort 3: It is an idea of mine.

Dit soort bezittelijk voornaamwoord heeft een zelfstandig naamwoord nodig.

Dit soort bezittelijk voornaamwoord kan alleenstaand in een zin gebruikt worden.
