Metric Units (commonly referred to as SI, which stands for Système International)

Length: millimetre, centimetre, meter/metre, kilometre

Mass/weight: milligram, gram, kilogram

Volume (liquid): millilitre, centilitre, liter/litre

Temperature: Celsius 





















Imperial Units


Length: inch, foot, yard, mile

Mass/weight: ounce, pound, stone

Volume (liquid): pint, quart, gallon 

Temperature: Fahrenheit
